say hi!

It means a lot when people get in touch with me. I appreciate the stories generously shared and the words of support which reach me from all over the world.

The best way to contact me is  rosie@talkingaboutbpd.co.uk

Emotional support

I'm not able to offer mental health advice, relationship advice, emotional support or crisis support— for people experiencing difficulties associated with BPD or their loved ones.

That being said, I really hope the work I do can be supportive in some small way. You may find my blog, books, YouTube videos, written articles or podcasts validating or comforting in some way.

Media and journalists

I'm open to speaking with journalists, producers and so on about my experiences. Please send me an email and we can chat!

School or university projects

You're welcome to email me, but please understand if I can't take part in school or university research projects due to my schedule.
